There is a barrier here, clearly been there for a while just after the cattle grid, not possible to join the motorway (autovia) here, even got signs saying authorised personnel only

can someone with better skills than me, edit/fix this roundabout. please. I just drove this junction. A 55 does join the roundabout, but open street map (OSMAnd+) does not see this road joining. I checked with google map and street signs beforehand
