Changed address for No. 1 Smail St to be 1-3 Smail St, the associated building is numbered as such.

Removed 913 marking of house (this building is not on 913, nor is it known to be a house - personal knowledge of the area).

Fix up some junk GPS data, add capitalization to the Balmoral Beach Club POI.

Hunter Park lane way is called Park Lane (local knowledge), and Hunter Rd is definitely a 2-way street (since it's a no through road it has to be - local knowledge).

Move Billy's to match up with Bing maps imagery (it should be noted on the corner, not in the middle of a tennis court).

Update the Rotunda to have an area from Bing maps and be classified as leisure=bandstand, building=bandstand, man_made=bandstand
