This area is being developed for residential use. Multiple houses are being built in this area and there's a pond where that square of dirt is located for walking around and fishing.

Wallace street isn't a completely drive through street as they put up bars preventing people to drive through. There's still a footpath where I indicated though. Added a couple local businesses.
