The downtown area seems to have been edited over several different satellite images and different offsets and is therefore very clustered and I don't have the expertise to fix it at the moment. Hoping someone else could.

This private road has signs indicating authorized access only East of here to the T at the end.
All the roads in this PUD are private, but this is the only restricted access section.
I have no idea how this is handled.

First and Ashley were recently re-done with a new, two-way traffic pattern. Looking at the history, it seems someone updated it, then it got edited back to being one way.
