152894858 | about 1 year ago | Ah, sorry, thought I had double checked against LMs ortophotos but apparently not in that case! |
145896813 | over 1 year ago | I think that if it's still called by it's old name (such as "Läkarvillan") then using that as the current "name" is perfectly fine and correct! You're of course always welcome to request if review if there's something you're unsure about, but it's also no requirement if not. I sometimes use it when there's something I've not mapped previously and were I'm not sure if I've done it correctly, but not for "everyday" things. If there's something specific you're unsure about you can of course also always ask in one of the community forums (in Sweden you'll find the Facebook group, the Discourse forum and the Telegram group to be the most active). |
145896813 | over 1 year ago | Hi there! A few of these names/descriptions I think would be better suited to be replaced by a proper tag. For example `description=f.d. Ladugård` could be `disused:building=barn` (however, if the building still looks like a barn, which is likely, then using just `building=barn` would be correct). Also, for buildings you've given names like "f.d. Läkarvillan" I think it would be better to just name them `name=Läkarvillan` (if the name is still in use) or `old_name=Läkarvillan` (if the name is no longer in active use). See also osm.wiki/Names for more info. Happy mapping,

145069428 | over 1 year ago | Yes, la märke till det häromdagen i renderingen, tror det var något mer ställe det det glappade också . Ska ta en tur med JOSM och fixa till problemen ikväll. |
140199138 | almost 2 years ago | This seems to have been the case even before the repeated vandalism attempts, so likely was introduced way before this changeset. Interestingly I cannot find any version of this relation that forms a closed loop. |
143030873 | almost 2 years ago | Hello, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! Try to keep up with the good changeset comments like you initially started with, it helps other mappers understand what you've changed and why. You can find examples and more information here: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments Also, as I assume your changes so far have been made based on local knowledge, it would also be beneficial if you added that as a source (just under where you enter the changeset comment) going forward. /Jan |
140983650 | almost 2 years ago | Hello, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! Quick tip: The building for "Grodans förskola" currently has a very coarse geometry, this can easily be resolved in iD (the editor you used) by right-clicking on it and then choosing "Square" (or, with the building selected, press Q). It might require some adjusting followed by pressing Q again to make sure that all corners are square. Also, if I understand your changeset comment correctly, you intend to introduce OSM in a course, which I think is awesome! Do note however, that this may fall under the Organised Editing Guidelines (osm.wiki/Organised_Editing), though I'm not sure. But I think it would be a good idea to at least notify the community of your intentions (which course, number of students, how much they are expected to map, what information you intend to convey to them before they get to map, etc.), a good place to do so is the Swedish forum (posts in English also accepted): https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/se/49 Happy mapping! |

140147560 | almost 2 years ago | You can fix it by opening the node in iD (as you tried to do): osm.org/edit?node=11132622405#map=19/59.85651/17.68925 Click on the object type ("Address") on the upper left, search for "Boat shop" (I believe it should be called) and select it, then save. |

140147560 | almost 2 years ago | Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap! You added "Hertmans båttillbehör" as a chocolate shop, while shop=boat is likely a better fit. |
