Nein, OSM ist keine amtliche Karte. Was auf dem Boden vorhanden ist, sollte idealerweise auch kartiert sein. Wenn etwaige illegale Wege hier als solche dargestellt sind (tag access=no), ist das absolut im Sinne des Umweltschutzes. Das Absperren oder der Rückbau dieser Wege wäre Aufgabe der Behörden.

Sicherlich ein Versehen - die Bezirksstelle Oldenburg gehört nach Bad Zwischenahn in die Hermann-Ehlers-Straße, nicht nach Wolfsburg
