With regards to the bicycle rental drop-offs, I agree that they are on the verge of being "virtual", which the wiki discourages mapping due to the likelihood of them being changed.

Though I suspect this "likelihood to change" is be mitigated since (1) it's managed by LTA, and (2) for some, they utilise existing bicycle parking spots.

I also agree it has virtually no benefit for those who are already in the bicycle sharing ecosystem. It's added merely as part of an overall survey since (1) it doesn't really take much extra effort, and (2) it "transfers" the data onto the more-permissive ODbL 1.0 license for other people to use (whoever they may be).

Hi MapTheWalk.

This was based on the wiki stating that `access=yes` is "protected by the law". I wasn't sure if this was the case, and standardised on the more conservative `access=permissive`.

On a second glance, I'd agree that `access=yes` may be more accurate for those managed by public entities and intended for public use.

Hence open to changing them to `access=yes`.
