Ciao, entrambi i numeri civici sono già presenti osm.org/node/3012195453 e osm.org/node/3012195452 in Italia per convenzione andrebbero mappati come nodi e non poligoni, la app StreetComplete inoltre non aggiunge il tag addr:street, che sarebbe invece utile.

Don't know what happened in this changeset, but current tagging is fine. I believe the name "Municipio" may be misleading, those are indeed municipal subdivisions, admin_level=10 is correct according to osm.wiki/w/index.php?title=Tag:boundary%3Dadministrative&uselang=it while the upper level (8) is here: osm.org/relation/41485. Lower subdivisions such as osm.org/relation/5319470 have no administrative functions as far as I know.
