Hi Thomas,

Source owner based it off Brighton and hove council website, made a list and did street address to coordinates, so advised mostly incorrect and also very out of date., but gave permission to use.

I have reviewed all bays using bing imagery, removed dead ones and updated locations. #117290605

Non-exhaustive addition, but a big improvement :)
