There is indeed one on the old location ( 52.55282, 13.46229 besides the life ring I just added), if you can, please move (or create new node) to let it as it was previously. I couldn't survey the "new" location, so it may or may not be there, I'd suggest making a new node at the old location and putting the proper tags as well as a "fixme" on the new one for resurvey. Let me know if there's any question and thanks a lot for contributing to OSM!

105530273	sekitar 4 tahun yang lalu	It depends, as said previously, OSM is not meant for advertisement, if this is something temporary (a few months for example) it's not suited for OSM and thus should be removed. (Please see osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don.27t_map_temporary_events_and_temporary_features ) That being said, some maps update monthly, some update daily and some yearly. OSM is just a "database", applications get data from it whenever they seem fit
