I modified the relationship to add the territorial waters of Spain as I commented in the Data Working Group list and in the general list https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk/2021-January/085937.html. The change has been reverted without explanation in either of these two places and without contacting me, which I find impolite. As can be seen in https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/11qN the list for Spain included this water for quite some time until it was removed without discussion and without reason. That the waters belong to Spain can be seen at http://www.seaaroundus.org/data/#/eez. In view of all the above, I request you to revert your changes and leave the maritime borders of Ceuta and Melilla correct.
