It is not a sticker as mass-printed stickers. Please get informed about paste-ups. Paste-ups are intended to be long-lasting.

Also ordinary murals are illegal in some cases, in some cases they are not. Being art does not depend on the legality.

And it is not "this person", but a world-class artist. To compare an artwork of him with industrial produced stickers is ridiculous.

I rechecked-it: It is made as a paste-up, a kind poster that is fixed with glue/paint. So you cannot rip it of.

Maybe you consider it not being a "mural", but "mural" means "on the wall". I do not know a better subtype for an artwork on OSM.

Did you read the properties including the sources? It is a mural by Phoeby New York with the name "heart-symbol". For further information please contact AmiW on Mastodon.

Murals are not a matter of size. For example in my hometown we have the "Colognian Banana" what is very small, but get their meaning by distributing it over the town. On a famous place there also exists a "counter-mural", so we have a discussion about it.
