Osmose reported an issue for way with ID 56733389. Issue was related to “lanes“ tag with value "2" and other tags related to lanes (bicycle:lanes,…) who had 3 values.

On service way with ID 23074089 editor spjaquish added a tag access=private and there is a barrier=gate tag too, so public cannot access.
Do you agree to add highway tag to make the road appear on the map but certainly will not rout because it is private road?

I had an issue with JOSM, so I had to save my work locally in .osm file, so after opening that file I had conflicts and I had to delete duplicate buildings. Once again, this is not an import.

First of all, thank you for your time and for replying to my message.
I have made deep research for you by using overpass-turbo queries. I have came out with following results:

highway=footway and bicycle=designated 773
highway=footway and bicycle=yes 20293
highway=footway and cycleway=* 266
highway=path and foot=designated and bicycle=designated 4719

As you can see highway=footway and bicycle=yes are most commonly used. However, I can see that highway=footway and bicycle=designated have been used 773 times. Even it is not accordance to OSM guideline there is significant amount of data that use the same combination of tags.

Taking all in account I will leave to you to decide whether you want to change or leave this combination.
