Together, we can make the world a happier place by adding verified information to OpenStreetMap!
I am contributing to OpenStreetMap because I want to make the world a better place by adding verified information.
Abstractly speaking, every bit of information on OpenStreetMap, no matter how minute it may seem, enhances the user experience. Together, we can make OpenStreetMap better every day!
I am driven by an intrinsic desire to make the world a better place. Together we can do that by mapping using OpenStreetMap!
For me personally, the pleasure of mapping is not only in the process itself, i.e. arises during mapping, but a substantial part of it comes from the thought of being able to help other people. Let us all make the world a better and happier place through mapping!
A controversy that occasionally arises concerns the overall density of information that should be aspired on the OpenStreetMap. It is my firm belief that every minuscule detail has an intrinsic value on its own that justifies its existence and issuance on the OpenStreetMap. From this I deduce that mappers should be oriented towards the goal of maximising the density of information on the OpenStreetMap.
The OSM user experience is inextricably linked, i.e. dependent on the density of information displayed on the map. Therefore, the ultimate goal for all dedicated mappers who want to optimise the user experience must be to increase the density and precision of information on OpenStreetMap.
The better OSM is mapped and the more detailed information is added, the more enjoyable is the user experience. Thus, I am determined to enhance the user experience of OSM users through mapping.
