Quello che vedo o che penso comunque non lo rispetti. Se tu avessi un atteggiamento maturo non lo "maschereresti" con modifiche così. La pensi diversamente? ovvio. Scrivilo. Invece cancelli la nota come "risolta" e "mascheri" la tua modifica? Atteggiamento prevedibile: mi aspettavo un revert entro 24h invece ci hai messo meno ( ;D )

Probabilmente vuoi che vada in autostrada mi fermi e ti faccia una foto perché la nota non ti basta. Chi negli anni ha visto i miei edit può accertare che i dati sono sempre stati inseriti "on the ground" con uno sforzo non indifferente.
L'unica cosa che ne viene fuori è che vuoi fare edit war e mascherarli con il solito mega edit gigante in maniera da eliminare il lavoro degli altri; hai ottenuto il tuo scopo: allontanare tutti da questo progetto.
Hai il diritto di cambiare e cancellare tutti i dati, la licenza lo permette.
Non hai il diritto di trattare le persone a pesci in faccia come continui a fare da anni.

Non ne sono stati "inventati". Addr:neighbourhood esisteva ai primi tempi dell'aggiunta del tag addr, in cui il tag place non funzionava. I sestieri sono taggati come neighbourhood e quindi andrebbe addr:neighbourhood come tag più specifico. Place potrebbe essere maleinterpretato nel ranking degli indirizzi

Devi comunque prendere con le "pinze" anche quello che trovi nella wiki che è scritto da noi mapper. La regola d'oro è non mappare per il render. Molte cose poi anche se sono diventate standard non sono ancora "funzionanti" o renderizzate.
