מכולת גבינות הוקמה בשנת 2005 ומאז הפכה לחנות הגבינות המובילה בתל אביב ואחת הטובות בארץ.
בחנות מבחר של מעל 150 גבינות ממשקי בוטיק ישראליים וגבינות מיובאות, אוסף יינות מוקפד ומוצרים נלווים. החנות זכתה לשבחים בתקשורת המודפסת והאלקטרונית והיא מומלצת ע"י "מפה" .

The cheese shop "Macolet Gvinot" was established in 2005 and since then became the leading cheese shop in Tel Aviv and one of the best in Israel.
The charming little shop located not far from City Hall on 53 Ibn Gavirol, the main business street of Tel Aviv, holds a collection of over 150 selected Israeli boutique farm cheeses as well as imported world's finest cheeses. The shop won acclaim in the printed and electronic media and is recommended by Mapa Guide, the equivalent Israeli to Michelin.
