My name is Bart aka Bbase. I was born in 1971 and I live and work in Brugge (Bruges, Belgium).

Since 1999 I work as a GIS professional for the local government. My goal is to narrow the gap between GIS and GEO. I try to convince GIS-colleagues in 50 municipalities in West-Flanders to start using and editing OpenStreetMap in their daily work.
