Corrected boundary location of the McFarland Unit of Beaver River WMA. Altered naming of Special Use Areas within McFarland Unit. This may not be how it is supposed to be, but I just edited another's boundary entry.

NW-most boundary is the "Black Mesa Nature Preserve;" The State Park occupies the same area as ODWC's Lake Carl Etling WMA. Added 'boundary_type' = 'protected area' to all WMAs in panhandle so far.

Tried to merge the current boundaries of Black Mesa State Park. Removed the "Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation" boundary, which does not exist within the current ODWC lands owned.

WMAs aren't really "leisure parks," but managed for hunting/fishing by the State. Added Operator, and the tag:boundary_type, and assigned 'protected area' to the latter.

Added the remaining Rita Blanca Wildlife Management Area parcels; WMA boundaries converted to numbered vertices (Dan Patterson's Polygon_polyline_Tools.tbx), and reprojected to Web Mercator; Converted to GPX and 'connect the dots.'

Just began to add all the ODWC-owned Wildlife Management Areas. Rita Blanca Wildlife Management Area consists of many disconnected parcels. Also adjusted the boundary of Black Mesa State Park / Lake Carl Etling Public Fishing Area.

The forward/backward direction of these stop signs on bi-directional roads was confusing.
