Es gibt einfache Toiletten, Wasser und Duschen.

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

The cast iron (?) skeleton of an old industrial building is still here. There are no walls, and there is no roof, so it is not a building. But the real world contains this really big and very visible structure, where OSM maps just grass. Perhaps we could map it via the individual columns?
