Warum lässt man das Ende offen? Weil man keine Ahnung hat, wie es unterirdisch weiter geht. Gutes Mapping also. Man mappt nichts, was man nicht kennt, oder was es nicht gibt!

Was passiert? a) Jemand mappt einen nicht vorhandenen Shortcut zwischen Einfahrt und Ausfahrt. Schlechtes Mapping. Diese “Straße” gibt es nicht! b) Jemand löscht den Punkt 2, weil es keine “Sackgassen” mit offenen Ende geben darf.

Oder hat jemand eine Idee? Man lässt sich ja gerne aufklären. Nur ein Edit-War muss auch nicht sein :(

Manchmal verzweifele ich ich ein wenig. Bei sowas lässt die Lust massiv nach. Ich habe die Person jetzt mal angesprochen. Mal gucken, was passiert.

Was macht man, wenn man an einem Freitag Abend ausnahmsweise mal Langeweile hat? Klar: Abgelegene Orte nach Bing Sat mappen :) Heute: Rotterterode.

Ich habe über Ostern endlich mal den Staditz-(Wald) fertig gemacht.
Erstaunlich, wie viele Wege sich in solch einem Wald verstecken.
Dabei mache ich ein Sumpf-Marschland neu gemappt, viele Wege hinzugefügt und alte angepasst.
Der Flusslauf ist nur an den Brücken bekannt. Irgendwann muss ich mir mal Gummistiefel anziehen und den auch ablaufen :)
Eine Schwierigkeit gab es: Eine Furt durch einen Fluss, also keine Brücke.
Ich habe Pfad und Fluss einfach mal gekreuzt und in den Node eine Notiz gesetzt sowie ein access:foot:no. Mal gucken, ob das hilft.
Ein Weg ist mir durch die Lappen gegangen. Ich habe seine ungefähre Position als FIXME hinzugefügt.

Natürlich freut sich jeder Mapper immer, wenn die Gemeinschaft Zuwachs bekommt. Allerdings birgt dieser Zuwachs auch immer wieder Gefahren. Wer erinnert sich nicht, als man dem Projekt "betrat". Am liebsten hätte man sofort losgelegt und die gesamte Nachbarschaft zugetaggt.
Und genau das passiert manchmal mit Neuankömmlingen. Dann fragt man sich auf einmal, wo das religiöse Mahnmal in der Nachbarschaft stehen soll, welches seit ein paar Tagen auf der Karte verzeichnet ist oder freu sich - leider völlig umsonst - dass im Innenhof des Nachbarhauses ein Kiosk eröffnet hat.
Eventuell wird etwas, was Tage vorher mühsam aufgebaut wurde auch zerlegt. Da entsteht Frust. Auf beiden Seiten; auf der Einen beim Wiederherstellen auf der Anderen beim Gefühl es falsch gemacht zu haben.
Wie kann man nun also mit Anfängern umgehen, ohne dass man mit dem erhobenen Zeigefinger kommt und diese von Anfang an vergräzt oder noch schlimmer in den Vandalismus treibt. Natürlich muss man "aufräumen". Parkplätze direkt auf Hauptstraßen existieren einfach nicht und die Kaufmannladen im Hinterhof ist wohl auch nur eine Illusion.
Leider bin ich an dieser Stelle etwas ratlos. Bisher hat man sachlich auf den Missgriff hingewiesen, Hilfe angeboten und gehofft, dass die Sachlichkeit nicht als rüde ausgelegt werden würden. Aber wie soll man es sonst machen?

Today I fixed a lot of ways around the Grabkapelle. Source was my memory (I used to live around there). Most of the path's around there have been tagged as cycleway which was wrong. They are shared pedestrain and bicycle path'. I tagged them as suggested at osm.wiki/DE:Germany_roads_tagging#Fu.C3.9F-_und_Radweg.
I learned about this problem when I tried to do a predestrian routing in that area.
Also I added some paths around the Konrad Adenauer Ring.

I am done mapping my tracks from christmas. I think, the old part of the town is covered now...

And so many roads next to the town are not proper classified.... Primary instead of residental, secondard instead of tertiary .... OMG.... A lot of work to do.

I am doing a lot of Potlach right now to work up all my GPS tracks, I gathered over christmas and new year :)

I also changed the most existing raods to the proper levels (primary, secondary, etc).

A lot of access-restrictions have been added due to agricultural service roads.

I did a survey today and edited a lot around the Tikkurila train station.

Created the references and downgraded them from secondary to tertiary. I know those roads frist hand. The have no sufficient significance to be secondary.

I finished my work from today morning.
Firstly renaming the Orvokkikuja (a strech from it) to Orvokkitie and then equipping the proper parts with Foot/cycle way instead of cycle path.
(The required tags I took from: osm.wiki/Tag:foot%3Ddesignated)

At the Asematie I also added the townhall and the church.

I correctet the village's name to Pönitz and addes the railway halt.
I also removed some non existing exlucive foot track and retaged a path to an actual road.

I went out today to fix up the "pedestrian zone" of Tikkurilla on the maps.
After having a reallife look at the scenerey I merges the intersection of Tikkuraitti and Peltolantie.
I also taged the Tikkuraitti as pedestrian with bicycles.
I ll do more work with the Orvokkikuja later on...
