Hi, all
I'm sorry if i come across as sounding stupid when it comes to this product.
I need some assistance. I have a Black Berry phone with GPS capabilities. I live in Bermuda so im limited to where i can find maps, this web site does have a map of Bermuda. i find that when i turn on wifi the map will open. When im out of reach of the wifi the map won't open but the GPS continues to provide information. I get a message that says my device can't connect. does anyone have a solution to this or can you explain why the map only displays when i have the wifi on.
Kind Regards

A lot of mobile apps will display maps only if you have an internet connection (either 3G or wifi) The phone knows where it is, but it still needs to fetch map information over the internet. But there are many different map apps to choose from. Some *do* offer a capability to store map data off-board. Not sure which blackberry app is the best at that.

Trekbuddy only uses offline maps, you will need to use some kind of atlas builder to build map packs.
