151595560 | pred približne 1 rokom | Hello! Welcome to OpenstreetMap! I see that you are mapping bike parking in Old Town--that's great, thanks! This one you placed in what appears to be the street intersection. I know there is bike parking near Polka Dots and on Cesar Chavez near lot 56, I'm going to move this one to those locations instead. |
134748772 | pred približne 1 rokom | welcome, and thanks for adding this information to the map Carl. i see you added the LMN to the way even though it was already on the node, this duplication is not necessary. since the node is older and since the LMN only occupies the front part of the building, I'm going to remove it from the way but keep it on the node, to avoid redundancy |
151369293 | pred približne 1 rokom | Thanks for contributing to the map! I see you are tracing outlines of buildings that are missing from the map--that's great. Please consider "squaring" the buildings that have right angles. I see you are using iD, the default map editor on the website. You can select a building and press the "Q" key and it will square any corners that are very close. This will help us ensure high quality map data. |
151334432 | pred približne 1 rokom | Thanks for adding to the local map. Please remember that building=* tags represent where the building connects with the ground. So, St Stephens has a peaked roof, but the building itself is a rectangle, so you can estimate where the base is. |
137807555 | pred viac ako 1 rokom | Hello, thank you for contributing to OSM. Please don't name a building "To be determined", this is not what the "name" field is for. If you know the name of the restaurant, you can use that, otherwise remove it and add it when you do know. |
145053353 | pred viac ako 1 rokom | thank you for keeping this information up to date, however, the "name" attribute should not be used to describe whether something is open or closed |
129530718 | pred viac ako 2 rokmi | Hello, and welcome to the OSM project! I noticed you have deleted two trails and the name of a field with the reason of "unauthorized". If a trail exists it is fair game to be put into OSM; consider adding "access" tags to something that is private or has limited access. |
127869031 | pred takmer 3 rokmi | Hello, welcome to OpenStreetMap! Thanks for making these changes around the Lansing area. I've reviewed this changeset as you requested and it looks good. I see you are changing operator tags from CATA to Capital Area Transit Authority; something that I've noticed around here is in Lansing the tags are CATA and in East Lansing they are fully spelled out. It might be worth standardizing.

121337017 | pred takmer 3 rokmi | thank for updating these amenities around lansing township; just a warning, i noticed that in a few places you removed the building=* designation from these locations when updating. |
124383962 | pred takmer 3 rokmi | Thanks for contributing to OSM! When you are adding building footprints, consider squaring them. I noticed when passing through that this building is a rectangle but was not drawn as such. I see you are using iD (the default editor), you can choose a shape and press Q to orthogonalize it quickly. |

124910154 | pred približne 3 rokmi | hello! Thank for your contributions. when adding building footprints, consider squaring the edges. most buildings have square corners, and our data should reflect that. I notice you are using iD, you can square a building, node, or way by clicking it and 1) pressing Q or 2) right click and choose "square" |
121775897 | pred približne 3 rokmi | Hello, welcome to the OpenStreetMap project. I've noticed your last 9 edits appear to be moving features around the map semi-randomly. This is considered map vandalism; if that is not your intent, please let me know if you need any help learning how to operate iD (the program that you are using to edit these features). In the meantime, please stop making edits until you learn how to use the software. |
106568401 | pred približne 4 rokmi | Welcome to the OpenStreetMap project; I notice you are a new mapper. You appear to have removed a large number of features here, including a pond and a forest. You added many incorrect nodes here: for example, CRC does not have boat rentals, miniature golf, or public fishing. Please consider making smaller, incremental changes and use osm.wiki/Main_Page as a guide! |
100557445 | pred približne 4 rokmi | welcome to the openstreetmap project--i noticed you added a name to this building ("residential building"). the *function* of this building is residential, so that come in the building=* tag (which you've correctly tagged as building=house, good work). name=* would be used if that location is named. for example, historical buildings like lansing's hollister building or the farnum building |
103476479 | pred viac ako 4 rokmi | Hello, I noticed you moved all of the tags from the hotel node to the way (the building shape), but you left the node. Only one is necessary; leaving both can cause confusion. I am going to merge the two, in order to preserve the history of the node. I noticed you are using iD; if it necessary for you to perform this merge in the future, there is a shortcut: select both objects (way and node), right click, and choose the large plus icon (currently the shortcut is C). |
80504900 | pred približne 5 rokmi | Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap--I notice you only map golf courses, so I suspect this changeset is to empower you and others to play a Golf Simulator which uses OSM data. Unfortunately, this golf course was demolished several years ago and OSM policy is to map what's "truth on the ground". You put a lot of work into this, but we should not add features that are not currently present. This might be a good addition to OpenHistoricalMap. |

83896553 | pred viac ako 5 rokmi | Hello MacGolf09! Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I've noticed you've been making a lot of changes recently to golf courses (probably for the game Golf Simulator). I've noticed you have been deleting many features, and re-making some of them. Instead of deleting and remaking, please consider editing the feature to make it more accurate while preserving the history of the object. For example, the two golf=tee that you deleted and re-made could have been moved. The golf=rough that you deleted could be retagged to golf=fairway. Thanks for helping maintain open geographical data! |
77849124 | pred viac ako 5 rokmi | hello! thanks for updating parking lots in the local area. i noticed that your last 250 edits have the same changeset comment: "Edit and fix a few things. Thanks and happy Mapping!" it would be helpful to other mappers if your changeset comments were more specific and described what you were actually doing. |
