NB: Die Bezeichnung "Ortenaukreis" ist natürlich sehr ungenau: die Verfolgung der Element einiger (etwas fehlerhafter) Relationen hat mich in diesem Changeset durch den halben Schwarzwald geführt :-)

Nachtrag: insbesondere habe ich auch ein paar Fälle von 'doppeltem Mapping' entfernt -- wenn Name und Attribut eines Klinikteils einmal beim Gebäude, einmal auf einem Knoten mitten im Gebäude eingetragen waren. Das ist natürlich ungeschickt (es geht ja nur um eine Entität, nicht um zwei), so dass ich die Tags jeweils auf einem Objekt zusammengeführt habe.

Sorry for the many typos in my changeset comment. It should read (a bit expanded) as following:

IT: Prov. di Catania/Ragusa: With highways, stuff like 'SP34' belongs to the tag ref=*, not to the tag name=*. When the reference is missing, IMHO it's better to add an explicit fixme=* instead of 'ref=fixme' (the latter will disturb end-users, because renderers actually display that value, and what if there is no ref at all?). Removed some outdated fixme tags.

Sorry for the typos in the changeset comment! What I wanted to say: When the streets were mapped first, the street segments have been connected (and disconnented) in a rather arbitrary way. Therefore street segments with the same name are sometimes separated, and segments which belong to different streets have been connected. Of course, correcting this completely is possible only when we collect all street names. But to make these changes a bit easier, I have tried to remove the strangest mis-connections and to connect street segments in a more logical manner.

Erklärung: ich bin kein Fan von associatedStreets (bevorzuge das Karlsruhe-Schema), aber wo sie ordentlich angelegt sind, sehe ich keinen Grund, sie unbedingt umzustellen. Man muss sie aber natürlich pflegen, also fehlende Häuser einfügen etc. Genau das habe ich bei diesem Changeset gemacht.
