not sure, i think i changed it from a node to a way in this changeset. On the imagery it doesn't look much like conventional allotments. I I think someone added the node more recently. i added a note for it.

Using plugins should be fine. Maybe try deleting and reinstalling JOSM.

Please refrain from editing small amounts hundreds of miles apart in one save, as it will show up in the history of everyone in between
