Inspired by an UK based project I wanted to do something similar in front of my doorstep.

The wiki page gives some details about tags I’m using as well as three changesets that are part of this project.

I wanted to share this and collect some feedback or comments.

Hi everybody, I’m looking for suggestions to improve the tagging of the Surf House Dubai which I have https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/56642023.

Now I did add some tags to the surf shop as suggested by the wiki however I’d like to have some comments.

• how should sale and renting of surf, wake and stand up paddling boards be tagged?
• how to add the surf school?
• how to add the surf shop - they sell board, parts, tee shirts, shorts, sunglasses, sunscreen etc.
• how to add Yoga classes

What are your suggestions?

This is my first larger edit. I cleaned up the Dubai Design District based on mapillary photos and local knowledge.

Hi all, made my first few edits with id. I like it.

Now I have added multiple buildings to a ‘Gutshof’. There are multiple farm buildings that nowadays are being used as hotel rooms and suites as well as a farm shop, restaurant and administration.

How can I put all these buildings together so that they are shows as ‘this is the hotel’ and not tag every building again?

Hi all,
when I want to upload my changeset JOSM validator gave me 2 warnings.
I have no idea what they are referring to...
Had a look at osm.wiki/JOSM/Validator which does not list the warning I have.

kurze Notiz an die Gemeinschaft, dass OSM mal wieder die schnellsten sind.
ALDI Süd Filiale wurde kürzlich erweitert und ich hab das mal umgesetzt (geschätzt). Dabei ist eine Parkreihe weggefallen.

Gibt es einen Tag für Discounter oder ist das ein 'deutscher' Begriff?

schon mehrfach daran vorbei gelaufen habe ich heute einige Tags für die Firma http://www.mate.de hinzugefügt.

Allerdings weiß ich einige Dinge nicht:
- woher die weitere Hausnummer kommt? Laut Firmenhomepage 25
- Wie ich zeige, dass alle drei Gebäude zusammen gehören
- Gibt es einen Tag für die Branche oder die Art der Firma? unter osm.wiki/Key:craft habe ich nichts gefunden

Im Changeset osm.org/browse/changeset/8300778 habe ich das Rathaus mit Namen und Adresse versehen.
Quelle war die offizielle Seite: http://www.glienicke.eu/

Im Rathaus gibt es auch öffentliche Toiletten - offen während das Rathaus geöffnet ist. Aber wie kann man das eingeben?

to get a better map in a Safety-Map [1] of the Seychelles main island I've started to do some image tracking in Potlatch 2 using the BING [2] imagery.

It's my first real activity on OSM so any comments are welcome and appreciated!
