157985899 | 11 months ago | Turn restrictions are to prevent vehicles from making turns. There are a lot of routing softwares that use OSM data to route individuals through cities like Buenos Aires. Turn restrictions are necessary in order to ensure accurate routing. The turn restrictions I have added were based on road paint and some signage. We recently conducted a ground survey of Buenos Aires and the footage should be available on Mapillary soon. Older Mapillary footage shows turns being allowed at some of these intersections but new imagery shows they are not allowed. |
157985446 | 11 months ago | I will make the appropriate corrections. Thank you. |
157933426 | 11 months ago | Again, I appreciate you reaching out to me and bringing any mistakes to my attention. I was not just guessing while adding turn restrictions to these intersections. From my understanding the paint on the road helps indicated turns that are allowed or not allowed. The painted arrows in each lane indicated that turns were not allowed so I added these restrictions. |
157932142 | 11 months ago | Thank you for contacting me. I didn’t realize the bus lanes already had access restrictions at the time and forgot to remove those restrictions after I realized they were restricted access. I appreciate you bringing that to my attention. |

66172617 | over 1 year ago | Hello Dimitar, Those edits were made a long time ago so it is hard for me to remember. I believe at the time it was practice to add the number of an apartment complex or address number to the street name field of the service ways surrounding the complex. If that is incorrect then please feel free to make the appropriate changes. |
50262779 | over 1 year ago | Hello, Yes I believe that would make more sense. the "Auto Electricial" with an extra i was most likely a typo on my part. It would make sense to change it to "Auto Electrical" like you suggested. |
139722625 | about 2 years ago | Thank you for letting me know. It just seemed odd at the time to stop a ref without connecting to the rest of the network.I will make the correction. |
54370818 | over 2 years ago | Hello, Yes it is fine to tag the surface as surface=asphalt. I'm not sure why it has surface=asphalt_no_1. Thank you for making that change. |
130837371 | over 2 years ago | I apologize for the roman numeral mix up and I agree it should have been written XIV. If I modified the number to roman numerals I did it to follow local convention in the area which seems to be roman numerals. There are often signs with numbers but locals have input those numbers as roman numerals. If the local preference is numbers instead of roman numerals then it is a good idea to make that change back. Thank you for reaching out. |
82531429 | over 5 years ago | Hello AkuAnakTimur, , I understand how confusing the ref networks can become in Malaysia and especially in Kuala Lumpur. We were able to do a little bit of tracking on the ref 1 but the sections we filled in were done from interpolation. There was a gap in between the two sections of trunk road that carried the ref 1. After doing some research and study of ref 1, I determined that there were no other higher classification roads that the ref 1 could follow through that area so It made sense to connect the two sections of trunk road with the pieces in between. |
67851890 | over 6 years ago | Hi Stereo That might be the case. At that particular junction I was just fixing a “crossing highway” error. I connected the footway near the top of that y junction to the tertiary road. osm.org/edit?way=448670155#map=19/42.63487/21.08395 |
66650514 | over 6 years ago | Hello saintam1. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I must have deleted that section of road on accident when trying to delete just a small portion because it does not connect to the perpendicular road. I could not see any signs of a pedestrian path but I left it there anyways and made the appropriate changes. Thank you for your help and for pointing this out. I was also wondering if you could tell me if there is a place to talk to the local community in Bulgaria? |
63765914 | almost 7 years ago | I apologize for the spelling errors on street names. I did my best to input the name that I saw on the sign but inevitably it seems I may have input the wrong character. If you are able I would greatly appreciate your help on making those corrections since I do not speak greek and I do not know what corrections should be made. Thank you for your time and help. |
62800978 | almost 7 years ago | Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I made the proper corrections to the way. |
62770023 | almost 7 years ago | Thank you for pointing this out this oversight. I went ahead and added the appropriate tags to the way. |
49112146 | over 7 years ago | I went ahead and made the changes to those names. I appreciate you letting me know. I did building footprint import from the Mesa County database and the houses had the abbreviated name version on them. I'll look and see if I can find any more issues like this from the imports we did. Thank you. |
57407502 | over 7 years ago | My apologies. I appreciate you letting me know and I will make sure to go back and fix those as soon as possible. Thank you |
53858488 | over 7 years ago | Thank you for the input. I took a look at the shop in question and changed the shop type to a baby goods store. As for the name of the street being incorrect, the number does belong in the street name from what I can tell. The number is not a specific address. Close by are Avenida Calle 53, Avenida Calle 63 and so on. |
