I would suggest reading the OSM wiki pages on highway=cycleway: osm.wiki/Tag:highway%3Dcycleway

and for highway=construction:
osm.wiki/Tag:highway%3Dconstruction

Agree with kylenz. The feature was correctly tagged with highway=construction and construction=cycleway, as should be done for a feature which will become a highway=cycleway when construction is complete.

Selwyn Village is not a suburb, it's the name of the retirement home at the end of Target Street: osm.org/way/39668436

I've moved the place=suburb node into the village grounds, and downgraded to place=neighbourhood. Though maybe this is a duplication in terms of 'one feature one OSM element'

It looks like you have moved features to line up with misaligned imagery. Specifically ways 335332493 and 187008530, which are aligned with Maxar but no longer with the LINZ imagery. LINZ is the better aligned imagery - Maxar should be offset before using it for tracing.

Also this changeset deleted way 24461154 which I think is still the main access into the park (i'll put a note on the map to resurvey)

You can avoid this by filtering which features are shown in the editor: click 'Map Data' on the right toolbar, scroll to the bottom and filter to only show whatever you're working on.

Please note the LINZ imagery you are using is out of date - there has been a major rebuild of the mall and the service roads have been removed

In this changeset you deleted these driveway features, but they've recently been re-added in changeset 89005167

If there was a routing issue due to these diveways, it will likely re-appear. Can the routing issue be addressed in another way?

Hi ChookMan, the construction prefix hasn't been used correctly in this changeset. You should use aeroway=construction
construction=taxiway for a taxiway under construction. So the renderer is showing an active runway/waxiway

You have used out-of-date aerial imagery and road data. The link has been removed as part of road redesign works currently underway,

From what I can tell, this is outdated information and the Anglican church congregation does not meet here, and no longer goes by this name

Hold on I was confused by the two different changes in the changeset. Though I remain confused about why Waiheke Island Anglican Church is located here?

Please be more careful with your imports - you have added a Catholic church as denomination=anglican, and the church already existed, so you have duplicated the feature.

Oops didn't leave the right changeset comment : also added retail landuse and POI at Calliope Road

Appreciate wanting to add further detail to the facility, but I don't think this changeset made very good use of the tags available, and is generally breaking the one-feature-one-element principle: osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element

amenity=social_facility is intended to be used for the entire site, as is already mapped with osm.org/way/96690158/

From the wiki for the amenity=social_facility:
"Draw an area area for the campus of the facility, comprising buildings and outdoor areas. Apply the tag amenity=social_facility and specify its type with social_facility=*."

Also there was an error in your process where you've accidentally added social_facility:assisted_living to every node in the building polygons. For example this node is one of dozens: osm.org/node/7387974640
