Its a locals only, underground "Bar". As its location indicates its at the top of rugged mountain range with spectacular views and the locals access it via a very rough track, and pull out eskies and have a well deserved drink to discuss their work in some of the most inhospitable country on earth. It is not regulated, is a feature well known and should remain as designed and mapped. Thanks.
