117302388 | over 3 years ago | Who gave you the authorization to add anything not existing on the ground in the 21st century? Just because you think you can do it? |
93358690 | over 3 years ago | Please avoid using Bing in Pennsylvania, the buildings you added have visible offset too far away from the reality. |
119572116 | over 3 years ago | Understand now. But I think this will be an issue because when people watch the news, the first reaction will kinda prompt them removing the disappearing features as soon as possible. I’m not trying to defend myself here, but I will try my best reading local wiki page next time. |
119537242 | over 3 years ago | Hi, Thank you for the headsup. I do not have to check those data before using the word ghetto, because I have no idea this is a racist word. In fact, it is not a word defined as derogatory by any online dictionary. My mother language is not English. However, to avoid this, I will not use the word in the future to avoid frustrations. |
119572116 | over 3 years ago | I checked the wiki before making the edit. The page said that there is no consensus. I’m not sure if there is anything I missed? Yeah I was kinda confused as well. BTW, I forgot to remove half the building there, they are gone as well after the hazardous fire. Thank you! |
118674150 | over 3 years ago | I don’t map for renderer. Cosmetic changes means minor changes, surface level changes. It has nothing to do with renderer. In fact, all the time I use OSM on my phone is via Go Map. You are welcome to find a good topic here so I can see what was mapped wrong here. |
119222644 | over 3 years ago | Excuse me? What is the turning circle here??? It is a pedestrian area. |
112238152 | over 3 years ago | Not a bridge at all. |
118852955 | over 3 years ago | Hi Yuliya, Thank you for the reply. Actually turn restrictions are marked on the ground, because the road is one way, you cannot make a left turn from the parking lot. No U turn is not something I noticed to be missing (yes normally no one will do this in such a small area), however when you map it, you not only map for cars, you also need to think about trucks. I appreciate your effort on this though. In my opinion, barriers like these become just tiny indicators of no left turn (because of one way), and that’s why I have the opinion of not mapping in details. |
112758572 | over 3 years ago | Better put a node on the road with gate tagged instead of this. It does not make much sense and data just cannot be consumed. |
118869614 | over 3 years ago | Seriously? osm.org/way/390840823#map=18/33.88227/-84.29170 This building is not just for CDC. |
118852955 | over 3 years ago | What you may consider doing is adding proper turn restrictions here rather than mapping a bunch of Ys. |
110907890 | over 3 years ago | My suggestion is to not map them: osm.org/way/980864007#map=19/39.19705/-76.61319 Adding bunch of roads underneath the roof sounds cool, but your GPS will not always work as expected. |
76542796 | over 3 years ago | Would you please use a computer to carefully check your edits? Do you believe that a fire hydrant can be found at this place? |
90383701 | over 3 years ago | Your edit has been partially reverted. Please do not mess with traffic engineering, and your edits in Pennsylvania will be closely watched. |
97064778 | over 3 years ago | Your edits have been partially reverted because they do not follow OSM mapping standard. No worry I've updated this course with a lot of details. Please note that in US by default the path within the golf resort should be "Golf Cartpath" but not "Golf Walking Path". |
43827285 | over 3 years ago | No no no I'm not complaining here. I'm just trying to understand why there were used. Thank you for pointing out the crux, guess the history is buggy and I did not notice that. |
43827285 | over 3 years ago | osm.org/way/149177532/history#map=17/39.81688/-79.03598 PennDOT uses SR for all state routes, PA 2004 should not be used. reg_name is a very weird tag and I have never heard of this in Pennsylvania. For SR, one just needs to tag ref:penndot and the name in the local GIS/street sign. When out of Boro, the road may be named as "Route XX"/"State Hwy XX" because they are the official names used for parcels. Never saw "Pennsylvania Route 2004" anywhere. |
74868418 | over 3 years ago | Please do not intersect areas with road. Road has its own area, right now OSM does not map road as area, but it also does not mean the hospital owns that part. |
86213045 | over 3 years ago | No such building |
