Added missing cascade PSRs in the Athlone area.

Finished adding speed information to the Mayo Line. Also adjusted the Westport Quay area.

Added speed information to the Mayo Line up to Claremorris. Adjusted way direction so forwards is consistently down.

Split the Portarlington-Westport relation into its constituent parts; the ex-GSWR Athlone branch and the ex-MGWR Mayo line. Will properly edit these in later changesets.

Replacing tpws=true with tpws=yes on GNR Main to fix a mistake I made in tagging and to bring it in line with other signalling methods.

Finished the MGWR Main Line. That's two of the four main lines out of Dublin done now, even if this one has a greenway splitting it in two. But it was all built by the MGWR and the structures are labelled G the whole way, so I'm tagging it as one line.
