Relating to the FixMe on Duffield Bank House, this is a guest house, but only for guests of Rolls-Royce. This is not a public guest house. I am unsure of a more suitable so opening the note for a discussion. Should the guest house marker just be removed?

Car Park 4 is being used as private parking for construction traffic of the new multi story car park (osm.org/way/109192631) and is currently not available for public use. Unsure whether to mark Allowed Access field as Private or None.
