Need to check streetname - sprayed on footway was "Bateman S Sign" - unclear if this is "Bateman Street" or "Bateman (Close/Road/Street) street sign". Update once actual sign installed.

Footpath at this location going east/west between the two bodies of water leading from the unnamed road to the footbridge doesn't exist. There is no path through the private grounds. Additionally, there is no exit possible to Intakes Lane to the west from any of the three branches of the unnamed road which the marked path would lead to. Not a blocked existing footpath as ramblers.org.uk does not recognise that there is or was a footpath here. Checked 07/11/21.
