I give up. There is no #5, while #9 and #3 are surrounding buildings. All businesses located there also declare themselves as #7. This is the craziest numbering for a street built from scratch. Good luck and have fun! :)

I walked through, checked every building, and all of their signs were "J. Balčikonio g. 7"
