CAUTION: This road is a State Road but is not entirely paved, crosses a creek and is one lane at a time (oncoming traffic must back up to designated pull offs) in sections. With the closing of a bridge on Rte 28, this is not an acceptable alternate route for trailers, trucks, etc. This is also a hiker, biker, equestrian use around the mountain. Dangerous for pedestrian users when bridge is closed on weekends.
