While this tree was listed as the national champion in American Forests' 2010 National Register of Champion Trees, it was supplanted by another tree a few years later. It is not even the champion tree in Harford County, Maryland. Unfortunately, this former Maryland champion was uprooted after a storm in the late 2000s. This feature should be deleted.
