Do the instructors you list have physical locations that can be included? For example, the local office they all operate out of, or a home / business address each instructor works from which they are happy to have public?
I don’t think OpenStreetMap, at a base level, would accept data that is a general area of driving instructor availability, such as “Ted, Cathy and James are available within the Bridgwater area”.

It is of course possible to add driving schools to the map. An example would be osm.org/node/5795442355 which has at the moment rather minimal data: It’s location, name, and the fact that it’s a driving school. For some reason unknown to me the person adding the data also included the postcode. To add data to the map you need to register an account (the mapping accounts are independent of the wiki accounts), log in at www.openstreetmap.org and find the location where a driving school is on the map, then select “Edit” from the green menu at the top. Add a node at the location of the driving school and tell the editor that the node you added should be a driving school. You will get a suggestion what other information you can add to make the data more useful. Maybe just try it for one place in your list and see how it works out.
