but it is already pretty well mapped in terms of country walks. I have not checked extensively but more or less wherever we went on the island Openstreetmap already had the majority of the paths marked. Still, got a good record of our walking holiday.

Off back to France tomorrow. Rain stopped play today so there are still lots of house numbers to go. Restart at the end of the month assuming I don’t need an aqualung to get out and about.

Except for some very new streets, all names around my place are finished. Next is to identify businesses better. Been working also on house numbers but that ain’t easy in Newton Mearns. Only walking about gets it accurate since streets are at the back of houses so houses each side of the paths are on different streets. Also, no number 13s which threw me for a while.

How do the posties manage when large numbers of houses decline to exhibit their numbers?

Things still to do in Heuchin:

1. Doctors still do not appear on Openlink as active. Also their title is too long. Ditto pharmacie.
