The area to the east and west of Vale Street are under construction for the Fairfield Residential. The project is divided into 2 phases. Phase one is for the development of the east side of Vale and should be finished around 2019/2020. Phase two is for the development of the west side of Vale; completion date is still unknown.

Due to the tornado that hit the area on August 4, 2018, 2 of these buildings have been demolished but am not sure which buildings they are.

This is Hidden Oaks in Billerica, MA. It is a new developement (est. 2017) but satellite images have not caught up to it yet. Some houses may need to be moved.

This area is currently under construction for The Pioneer luxury apartment complex set to open in Fall 2018.

There is a sculpture that was added to this area between 2012 and 2016. From my understanding, the path has changed as well. The area will need to be updated.

First Baptist Church of Wakefield was struck by lighting on Oct. 23, 2018 and burned. Watch for future development in this area.

This intersection has been made into a rotary and needs to be changed.
