Kindly represent only one feature with one element, instead of tagging all buildings and the entire area as a clinic. See osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element

I have a strong feeling Maxar Standard Imagery hasn't the best alignment with existing data but was used to add new/update data, ignoring alignment with other imagery such as Bing. Can you please clarify what happened here?

Yes, this was a HOT TM project I created which was heavily contributed to mostly by remote volunteers like yourself and corporate mappers from Apple.

OSMAnd provides "Quick Actions" - https://osmand.net/features/quick-action which is useful for defining regular functions and custom tags such as "religion=christian", and others. I hope this helps.
