Hi,
thanks for your interest.

As I explained before, the source is open data of the Colombian Government (see source tag).

The unknown tags are from the original source - area in hectars, codes of the administrative division, code of department, code of municipality, date of validity.

In the OSM community in Colombia we have the general understanding to maintain this information as an additional asset. And in general OSM rules according to my understanding it is ok to use own tags.

Hi mueschel,

thanks for your question. The admin_level=7 corresponds to the smallest administrative unit in Colombia, below the municipality or county-level.

The source is open data ("datos abiertos") at http://datosabiertos.esri.co/datasets/veredas-de-colombia. I verified: exactly it is "OCHA Colombia, DANE, Esri Colombia,Unidad para las Víctimas", as it states in the Esri website.

The strange tags are official tags from DANE, -Departamento Nacional de Estadísticas - with the codes for each administrative unit. I deleted those which where empty, but kept those which are relevant for Colombian users.

I updated also the source.

Thanks for your attention.
Greetings
Federico

Hi Jan,

I think it is "Fraile", according to IGAC maps, but I have no field evidence for the rivers name.
