Sim, concordo com a renumeração dos admin_level abrindo espaço para permitir distinguir distrito, subdistrito e bairro. Algumas relações hoje mapeados como administrativas (mas que não são) poderiam ser alteradas para statistical ou semelhante.

Oi Igor, relação de subdistrito não ficaria melhor com admin_level=10, como recomendado na wiki (9 para distritos e 10 para bairros e subdistritos). Ou há alguma condição específica dessa e da vizinha 15593166 (2º subdistrito)?

I've been updating thousands of boundary ways and during the manual procees (copy and paste from shp with official borders) eventually I forget to delete some original key/value pairs. But, often I use an overpass key to detect and delete them.

I understand, thanks. Since my focus at the moment is on county boundaries, I almost certainly haven't edited that relation or its ways, except maybe to unglue one or another node from a boundary way, and that might explain it. Also, as it is an international border, I avoid touching it except for small adjustments of less than a few tens of meters. So, probably that intersection was already there and I didn't notice because the relation was incomplete. History sometimes may fool us.

- Sena Madureira: fixed.
- Self intersection: I was not able to find my login associated to that ralation. Historic shows that relation was last changed in 2020 by another user. Maybe I'm not using the monitoring tools correctly, could you explain how you associated my login to the self intersection?

Sorry, didn't see your message. I've been manually updating/fixing municipality limits in Brazil. More than 5.000 boundary ways updated/fixed now. Unfortunatelly a few mistakes happen, but I always fix them as soon as I find a mistake.

Sim, seria possível. Assim como temos municípios dentro de outros, ex Ladário é um município no Mato Grosso do Sul que fica totalmente dentro do município de Corumbá. Esses casos são chamados de enclaves e há outros no Brasil.

Thank you for the warning. Fixed some intersections I caused when fixing/updating hundreds of county boundaries (unfortunately, waterways shared with boundary lines are not a good practice, IMHO). But most of the problems pointed out on that page are of another nature, like roads x river crossings, rivers x dams, etc, which I didn't touch while fixing the borders.

Nothing important for OSM. Just forgot to delete them.
