37918674 | over 9 years ago | The name "Barangay road" is unnecessary, unless there's a proper name. To indicate administrative responsibility, add the tag
The node "Barangay Tara Boat Landing" may also be deleted. That's the purpose of a pier, which you already added on the map. |

37585039 | over 9 years ago | Hi there ! Looks like you're off to a good start. Thanks for your data contribution to OSM. By the way, you don't have to add the same name for every school building within the school grounds (e.g "Puguis Elementary School"). You only need to put the name on outer object (the school grounds) . If you're looking for mapping tips, check out the wiki pages: * [PH Mapping Convetions] (osm.wiki/Philippines/Mapping_conventions)

37678167 | over 9 years ago | For planning and visualization, please use sites like http://umap.openstreetmap.fr or http://www.bikemap.net/en/ The basemap is still OpenStreetMap, and you don't have to modify the data in any way that will affect the live data sets. If you need assistance, ping us at http://is.gd/osmphchat |
37677606 | over 9 years ago | That's https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/ or http://www.bikemap.net/en/ |
37677606 | over 9 years ago | Please don't tag this route as a highway. Temporary events shouldn't be put on the map this way. Consider umap.openstreetmap.fr www.bikemap.net/en/ for this purpose. |

37638269 | over 9 years ago | Hi there ! Looks like you're off to a good start. Thanks for your data contribution to OpenStreetMap. If this is a school, you should tag it as `amenity=school` to cover the school grounds, and each building will be traced and tagged with `building=school`. It would also be helpful to leave change set comment that describe the edits you just did. 37558348 | over 9 years ago | Hello. Congratulations on your new edits! To make more change set comments useful, how about writing something like "digitized building", or "traced commercial building" instead of a vague "First digitized"? |
37428405 | over 9 years ago | Kindly refer to osm.org/changeset/37558311 for the modifications I made. And to the osm.wiki/Tag:boundary%3Dprotected_area as reference for detailed mapping of protected areas. Also, the Lifecycle Prefix tags: osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix Thanks for the contribution. Keep on mapping! |
37428405 | over 9 years ago | ... based on the Senate bill. |
37428405 | over 9 years ago | Also, perhaps you would consider reverting the AMWS boundaries back to version 1, then create a new boundary tagged with a `proposed:` prefix |
37428405 | over 9 years ago | Thank you for the prompt response. Much appreciated. I brought this changeset to the attention of some of the local OSM mappers and mentioned that it's premature to modify the boundaries based on a bill. Please check out the `proposed:` life cycle tag prefix which seems appropriate in this case: osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix With reference to Agusan Marsh, as a protected area, the Ramos-era Executive Order is the prevailing law, and defines the AMWS boundary. The marsh, as a natural feature, is still undefined until we obtain better data or imagery. Please join the informal, online discussions of the local OpenStreetMap community at http://is.gd/osmphchat Sorry for the short reply. I'm mobile. I'll elaborate when I get back to my computer. |

37428405 | over 9 years ago | Hello. Can you provide a link to your source? This appears to be just a *bill* and is not a law, and will not have any legal weight. |
