It seems, that the newest render style on osm.org does not support highway marked as areas(

Since areas mapped as service highways are still visible, it must be a bug. q.v.: osm.org/way/580180817 Who could be addressed to fix that bug?

Simple answer : it is not a valid tagging.
Simple solution : choose another style that still display it anyway.
