I don't know what highway=residential you mean. My last comment was about
osm.org/way/360073373
which is now highway=path and vehicle=destination
Bing seems to show a car next to the node
osm.org/node/262313444, so the way is wide enough for cars. That's why I suggested highway=service for it.

Nach meinem Verständnis ist eine Verzögerung kein Grund für ein anderes Tag. Falls es gar nicht mehr "proposed" ist, dann besser den Weg löschen oder statt eines highway=* nur eine note verwenden.
