I tried to fix some of the problems but I have no idea about the current state. Some ways have a construction=yes tag. Those should be changed to highway=construction + construction=* where * is a place holder for the type of road that is constructed.

Maybe add junction=roundabout if that matches.
If there is a traffic sign which forces the traffic from 14th Avenue Southeast to go through the circle instead of a direct turn into 10th Street Southeast please devide the latter at node osm.org/node/5546306565.

Mir sind die zwei Wege mit highway=turning_circle aufgefallen. Dieses Tag gehört nur an Knoten, nicht an Wege. Kann es leider nicht ändern, weil ich mich vor Ort nicht auskenne.

Moin! Mir ist das highway=turning_circle am Weg osm.org/way/320865641
aufgefallen. Das Tag wird normalerweise am Knoten eines highway verwendet, nicht für den Weg. Laut Beschreibung ist die Fläche kein "offizieller" Parkplatz. Nach einem Wendeplatz sieht es aber auch nicht wirklich aus. Mal abgesehen davon läuft Richtung Süden noch eine Zufahrtsstraß zu anderen Parkplätzen. Das habe ich mal ergänzt. Wofür wird denn der Platz benutzt?
