It looks like that feature does correctly have amenity=bar on it as well. It is possible that this location was also a shop, given what I remember of the area, however, I can't confirm that.

To be honest, I had forgot I mapped here. May take some time to revisit and map the rest of the buildings and maybe the paths, but likely won't be within the next week. Has been a year since I mapped here, so feel free to take over if you have an urgent need to.

These are small shops that sell only drinking water. THere is no formal water system in this community.

Just an FYI, the city of Buffalo has a new-ish open data program. They have a public domain file of all the neighborhoods in the city. I'm thinking this could address some of the ambiguity around boundaries.

Later this week, I should have some time to bring all the neighborhoods in from the city's source:

Hi Meliza, these large areas would actually be classified as a land use not as a building. Please use the `building=yes` tag to tag only individual buildings. I've changed the large area to `landuse=residential`

These are looking good! Just remember to square your buildings by right clicking on the building and pressing the square feature button
