They aren't duplicates, they are the remnant of an older transmission line. This is an old changeset and they have indeed since been removed. feel free to delete them

Why did you change it to construction? while the village suffered fire damage, it should be you can mark the damaged building themselves as ruined. The village outline must stay residential. Please fix.
