I live in the NOVA region and have been contributing to open projects, such as iNaturalist, Open Street Maps, and the TechEmpower Framework Benchmarks for multiple years

I have a background in advanced computer science, have been a CTO for numerous companies, and own a technology R&D business, so while I love to volunteer “on the ground”, over time I tend to gravitate towards helping in a more impactful manner via automation or software R&D.

Currently I’m learning VGIN and other software, such as MapProxy, ERIS ArcGIS, etc. I’m interested in using OSM data to help me with testing new AI ideas
