Das geht nicht und es darf nicht gehen. Die Lizenz ist ja dazu da, endlich Rechtssicherheit zu bieten. Nun stell dir mal vor, die Daten werden verbreitet und irgendwann denkt sich jemand "nee, ich will doch nicht". Es wäre unmöglich die Ablehnung rückwirkend in die Daten zu bringen, da diese ja überall in der Welt schon benutzt würden.

Du kannst natürlich diesen Account einfach stilllegen und einen neuen anlegen. Das wäre allerdings eher sinnlos, da der Lizenzwechsel beschlossene Sache ist. :-)

Bist du noch zu überzeugen, dass es alles gut ist oder bist du schon 100% in der Materie und vom Übel überzeugt?

I'd guess it was some spam being uploaded because the website shows no edits of this user. So he probably uploaded a lot, but it got deleted. The script probably only knows he uploaded a lot and then queries for the actual existing amount which is zero after the deletion. My magic crystal ball told me so.

0.8 meters is way too good for a normal handheld. What unit do you use? Be aware that usually that number is only a "internal" accuracy, which means the points you track are inside that range but that range might be off reality. You could manage to get near that accuracy with WAAS/EGNOS.

OSMTracker is fantastic. I was dreaming of a tool like that for a long time. Ever since I got my HTC Desire I have not used the old etrex H again. Currently I track with both simultanously to see how different their tracks end up.

In Germany the government created maps are not free. They cost a lot of money. So OSM empowers me to have a map free of charge (and I can even built upon it, modify it and contribute).

Because it is not a diary entry ranting about the new license or telling people to boycott it!

I have no clue what is supposed to go into "diary posts" and I do not see any way to abuse the system apart from spamming.

Ich würde "Öffentlich" wählen, dann sind keine Zeitinformationen mehr drin und sie sind nicht mit deinem Benutzernamen verbunden (falls ich es richtig verstehe).

Tausend hat es geklappt und dann geht es einmal doch schief und landet in der Notaufnahme. Mit "das hat bisher doch immer geklappt" sagen, während man auf einer 20m Leiter ohne Sicherung und Orkanböen steht, das ist in etwa was das Festhalten an der CC Lizenz wäre. Es ist nicht mal juristisch klar, ob die CC Lizenz überhaupt irgendeinen "Schutz" bedeutet. Mit einiger Wahrscheinlichkeit könnte jemand die Daten "closed" nutzen und OSM hätte keine Möglichkeit etwas zu tun. Die Lizenz ist nicht im Geringsten erprobt für ein Projekt wie OSM.

OSM hätte nie mit dieser Lizenz beginnen sollen. Besser man ändert sie jetzt zu einer sinnvollen als dass es zu spät ist.

Du weisst, dass du auch PD wählen kannst? Damit stünde deine Mitarbeit ohne Klauseln für das Wohl der Weltbevölkerung zur Verfügung. ;-)
