110758661 | almost 4 years ago | These are great additions. Do you have a reference for how you're doing the work? So that the same method could be used for smaller transit services in Alaska later? |
110651163 | almost 4 years ago | How does the community feel about a project to complete the rabbit creek trail from the high school to the elementary school? I was curious why is wasn't complete. |
108835663 | almost 4 years ago | worlduser, you've made some nice improvements to this mall area. I hope you don't mind but I did a changeset in the area to add some details. I added parking, and modified some of the changes you've made notably, moving bussiness points to polygons where easy. Would you look at the changes I've made and let me know what you think? I don't have any problem with your reverting anything tbh, I just had a minute and wanted to do some stuff.

108550295 | almost 4 years ago | Nice additions but why did you remove the woods along Campbell creek between Minnesota and Arctic? |
108498970 | about 4 years ago | Howdy. It look like you are adding meta data on the address for these homes. I would recommend instead of using the name tag to do something like: addr:housenumber=1515
Where you break out the address. The result will be a polygon (home) with the address number displayed and still retain the information on the street name. Below is more information but it might be more than you need: Cheers. |
108283256 | about 4 years ago | I'm not sure if North Fire Lake Ave is private. On the municipal property information viewer it looks more like a road easement. |
107105026 | about 4 years ago | I wouldn't worry about it. The infrastructure mostly isn't there. Our reps will work hard to get the $$$$ for the ports now that the map has been made. :) It does look like the highway goes over land on Fire Island the island directly to the west of Anchorage in Cook Inlet. Could you take a look at that? |
107105026 | about 4 years ago | Thanks Glassman. |
106425857 | about 4 years ago | It hurts me to see the name change from Sears Mall to Midtown Mall but it is what it is. |
106426273 | about 4 years ago | nice one. |
105546794 | about 4 years ago | nice. I'll have to get to converting this tag for the others in Anchorage. |
100505764 | over 4 years ago | First, let me state that I'm not skilled enough to say what I'm going to say with confidence so if you feel otherwise I will not stop you if you revert the change I made. However, I'm not convinced that this parcel is or should be mapped as Chugach State Park for two reasons. One, the legal description of the parcel is T14N R2W SEC 13 or Township 14 North Range 2 West Section 13, as I read it. The designation in the statute link I see is Township 14 North Range 1 West Section 13, as I read it. So the Range is different. I don't know enough to say if that means it's different or not, only to say they are different on paper. Secondly, the area there is commonly recognized as the Lions Club park so it would be confusing to the general user to see a discontinuous Chugach State Park. This is also not a rock solid thought but to me it makes sense to label it as it is done physically. These are my thoughts and not hard arguments so please feel free to respond or make the change you can back up that you think is correct. Cheers! |

100152965 | over 4 years ago | For the case of Crow pass, this trail already exists. Please be careful not to add duplicate features. |

99625301 | over 4 years ago | This is interesting. I corrected an N street that was in osm as North Street just few blocks away. |
99474967 | over 4 years ago | Map_Manager has responded to my direct message to me with the following: "We the property owners do not want you or anyone else adding tracks or other markings to our property without our express permission. We have already dealt with the Municipality on this issue. Contact Tina Miller if you have any questions about that. Potter Valley Property Owners

99469455 | over 4 years ago | Please tell me why this should be removed? I believe you are acting as a vandal of open street map but am giving you time to respond to edits. I will revert your edits if I don't hear back from you. |
